I have seen people put the ingredients they would use in the bath, into a sachet made of cheesecloth or even a coffee filter, and attach it so it is over the shower head, where the water comes out of. That way, the water travels through the herbs and ingredients, and becomes imbued with their properties before hitting the body. Example: [Cleansing Shower Bag]
I have also heard of people doing something similar, but they wash their body with the sachet instead of attaching it to the shower head. Example: [Ritual Herb Shower]
It is also possible to mix certain ingredients into a salt scrub that can be used to wash the body in the shower. Example: [Energy Shower Scrub]

You can also make magical waters and pour them over the head during the shower. Examples: [Bath Potions] and [Pre-Shower Cleansing Spray]
Sigils can be drawn on the shower tiles (if possible) with bath crayons. Example: [Soap Crayons]
Enchanting shampoos and body washes is another way to go, and can easily be done with sigils and energy / intent.
Remember: no matter in a shower or a bath, it is very important that people with vaginas avoid using sugar in that area.
